This individual demonstrates excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and makes decisions consistent with Marshfield Clinic policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.

Job Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. (Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic.)

License/Certification: The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:

Wisconsin Registered Nurse License (unrestricted)

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

Additional department-specific ! certifications, licenses, or memberships may be required (vari! es by department/location)

Affiliated staff privileges at associated hospital may be required (varies by department/location)

Experience: Two years nursing experience preferred.
