Responsible for supervising the delivery of services to the clients.

Conducts assessments of clients and client environments.

Using assessment information and data as a basi! s, implements the nursing process by observing, assessing, documenting, evaluating, planning, and implementing the client’s plan of care and services.

Many provide hands on, direct clinical care.

Assesses, evaluates, and documents the performance of nonprofessional and professional employees as observed during the performance of their duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Registered Professional Nurse.

Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing with current unrestricted registration of practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.

RN registration in multiple states may be required depending on primary work site.

Individual must have the ability to stand and work or have mobility through mechanical assistance.

Must be able to lift and carry items weighing! up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to communicate both ve! rbally and in writing.

Primarily sedentary which requires stooping, bending, hearing, and vision in order to operate phone, computer and facsimile.
