If the above describes you, we would very much like to get to know you. We seek candidates with previous Director's experience in a skilled nursing facility for the role of Director of Nursing. In this role you will join a facility that offers great clinical support and has stable and tenured department heads. You will work in concert with the Administrator and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and company standards, guidelines and regulations. You will conduct the nursin! g process â€" assessment, planning, implementation and evaluat! ion â€" under the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.

Candidates must be licensed as an RN in the state of Wisconsin (or have the ability to gain this licensure) and have previous Director's level experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have a stable work record. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated leadership skills.
