H-1B eligible!
Average work load is around 10 patients per day.
Physicians are scheduled in blocks but schedule varies! .
Physicians generally work 16 - 12 hour shifts per month.
Procedures include arterial lines (nurses trained for this), Swan Ganz (not absolutely necessary), ventilator management, EKG, central lines (also done by surgeons, anesthesiologist & pulmonologist) and intubation.
They are offering a competitive salary plus incentive based on worked RVUs (current average salary is $250,000). Package includes sign-on bonus, health and dental, life insurance, disability insurance, pension plan, 6 paid holidays, Executive comp plan at 11.5% of base annual salary, paid time off, $5,500 CME, etc.
