Milwaukee, Wisconsin Busy Milwaukee Substance/Mental Health Clinic has immediate opportunities for health care professionals. Clinical Nurse Practitioners On Site Duties include, but are not limited to, client assessments, maintenance of client caseload and facilitate clinical groups. Clinical Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist Part-time Tele-Health Needed for Substance/Mental Clinic via telehealth for evenings and some weekends. RN - On Site Needed for lab in clinic. Duties include basic nursing functions, assessment of patients medical status, communication with clinical team, and documentation in client’s EMR. Valid Wisconsin license required for all positions.
