Description: Meriter Health Services, Inc. is at present recruited Pharmacist (7/70); 0.9FTE right now, this career will be placed in Wisconsin. Meriter Health Services is currently looking for a 7/70 Pharmacist to work the overnight shift in an inpatient, acute care setting. The 7/70 Pharmacist will be responsible for cl! inical and distributive activities, including the monitoring of medication therapy and order entry. The overnight pharmacist plays an active role in the clinical management of inpatients as well as patients admitted to our busy Emergency Department. The successful candidate can expect extensive collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

Requirements include:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Wisconsin licensure as a pharmacist (minimum CE credits).
• Completion of internal CE programs.
• CPR and ACLS Certification.
• Completion of hospital-based Pharmacy Practice Residency and/or 3 years prior acute care Pharmacy practice experience preferred.
