Dietary Aide-SMHS

Responsible for tray assembly and delivery of food carts to nursing unit. Operates the dish machine and washes pots / pans. Assists with meal service as needed. Complies with safety and sanitation standards. Ensures proper Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures and documentation are followed. Processes computer or phone nutrition orders. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, write, and understand written and oral instructions.
