Description: Bloomington, OSF Saint Francis, Inc. is at present looking to employ Prompt Care RN right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO OSF SAINT FRANCIS INC. EMPLOYEES IN URGENT CARE/PROMPT CARE DEPTS. ONLY

Reporting to the Manager and according to department policies and n! ursing care standards, provides professional nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders to patients being treated in the PromptCare. In doing so, assesses and triages patients, stabilizes acutely-ill and trauma victims, reassesses patients’ condition, administers prescribed drugs, assists physicians in delivering emergency medical care, observes patients’ progress, records pertinent observations, and reports reactions to drugs and treatment. Assists physicians with examinations and prepares instruments and equipment for physicians’ use. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of patients served (newborn through adult) by the PromptCare.

This position will rotate between all 5 PromptCare locations. (Fort Jesse, Eastland, College Ave., Nord Farms, and El Paso)

Current State license as a Registered Nurse required.

Emergency/critial care nursing experience preferred.
