Territory Manager - No. Chicago/Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin

Description: EndoChoice is at the momment seeking for Territory Manager - No. Chicago/Milwaukee right now, this vacancy will be placed in Wisconsin. The Territory Manager (TM) will need to be a hands-on team member and manage the business within the designated territory, serving as an advocate for the customer. As a key member of the sales team, the TM will report to and work closely with the Regional Manager. This will include direct responsibility for driving sales to maximize revenue growth while maintaining committed customers and targeted gross margins around the designated product-lines. Essential Job Functions

Call on doctors and nurses in the hospital, ambulatory surgery center and office setting to facilitate purchase of EndoChoice products

Conduct in-services/workshops to educate staff on EndoChoice products

Initiate and complete product approval processes, analyzing and documenting product usage

Aggressively add new business across all product lines
Deeply penetrate existing customer base by extending portf! olio of products

Establish and develop trusted, professional relationships with doctors, nurses and staff

Exhibit strong clinical & operational knowledge, while staying current on products, programs and competitive landscape

Additional Job Functions

Prepare business plan and sales strategies for territory

Maintain sales pipeline and CRM activities

Serve as an advocate for the company’s customers

Attend trade shows, as necessary

Minimum Requirements

Proven track record of successful field sales experience

Medtech sales experience preferred

4-year degree

MBA or advanced degree preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Valid driver’s license

Abilities Required

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to pass drug screen an! d background check

Ability to travel at least 75%
