Site/Appointment Manager for Continental United States Nurse Advice Line (NAL) Services

Description: Glacier Technologies, LLC is employing Site/Appointment Manager for Continental United States Nurse Advice Line (NAL) Services right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. Site Manager responsible for daily operation and performance ! of the La Crosse, Wisconsin TRICARE patient appointing services for the Continental United States (CONUS) Nurse Advice Line (NAL) Services. As the NAL Appointment manager will manage all contract requirements to meet specific performance objectives and acceptable quality levels as required by government contract and performance work statement.

The site manager is responsible to provide information and recommendations to beneficiaries guiding them towards available self-help options or medical interventions and/or general healthcare information, as needed. The Appointing service is staffed by Appointing Clerks and Customer Service Representatives providing 24/7 service in all 50 United States. The appointing service provides services in compliance with URAC call center
accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include :

  • Site manager for La Crosse Appointing Services
  • Responsible for all appointing activities
  • Manage s! upervisors appointing activities staff
  • First line acc! ountability to the Prime contractor
  • Supports all other subordinate operations
  • Coordinates scheduling and coverage between appointing sites
  • Handles call escalations as needed
  • Answers calls as needed during peak volumes
  • Provides continual improvement oversight
  • Quality management oversight
Education

B.S. or B.A. Degree minimum.
Master's degree preferred in Health Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.

Experience

At least 3 years in Customer Service Management or Healthcare Management.

Special Requirements/Certifications

Familiar with the URAC standards and TRICARE Military Health Care appointment hierarchy and healthcare protocols, policies and regulations.

Candidate must be able to pass a background investigation.
