Join our growing organization in a newly created position!
Divine Savior Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to manage our Diabetic Education pro! gram. The selected candidate will:
A. Work in coordination with nursing and clinic staff to provide diabetes education for patients in inpatient, long term care, and outpatient settings.
B. Assist nursing staff with ongoing diabetes patient education.
C. Assist with the implementation of future diabetes education programs.
D. Assist with the diabetic education programs and screenings, as needed.
E. Assist with staff educaton related to diabetes.
Requirements: Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, current RN license with the State of Wisconsin, interest in continued education/certification in Diabetec Education.
