Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Wisconsin

Description: ThedaCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistant right now, this occupation will be placed in Wisconsin. More details about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Perform patient care functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse for hospice patients. This is a rapid paced, acute inpatient 10 bed, hospice facility, specializing in end of life care. The facility is encompassed within a dynamic Home Health Agency that specializes in Homecare and Hospice services, reaching 12 counties, divided into 5 respective team. We work with an interdisciplinary approach to end of life care.

Schedule: 20 hours per week. Night shift (10p - 6:30a). Every other weekend and holiday.

This position will also be cross trained to be able to assist within other areas of ThedaCare At Home.

Job Qualifications:
Valid WI C.N.A. certification required. 1-2 years of CNA experience strongly desired. Phlebotomy skills also desired.
