Description: Beloit Health & Rehab Ctr is at present recruited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. Our 152 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated LPNs with the desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents, the residents’ families, and our team members. You must be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, medical personnel, and facility staff, in a confidential and professional manner.
Two positions are available:
Full-time day shift
Part-time day shift ( .7)
Beloit Health & Rehabilitation Center serves Green, Winnebago, Rock and Boone Counties We are located near churches and next door to Beloit Memorial Hospital . Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We offer an industry leading benefits and compensation package!
Qualifications:
- WI Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care Center extremely preferred
- An organized LPN with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively
