Seeking a Physical or Occupational Therapists for a inpatient skill nursing facility in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin in order to treat evaluations during the week or weekend. This position would not be limited to evaluations if you are also seeking some treatment hours during the week or weekend. Only 40 minutes from Madison metro area for a 26 bed facility. Immediate weekend work also available for PRN candidates.
