We have an exciting new job opening for an ANHA in a Nursing Home facility located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We seek a qualified Assistant Nursing Facility Administrator with a marketing background to help guide this skilled nursing facility to the highest levels of regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.
We strongly prefer a candidate with current SNF Marketing experience in WI.
Requirements include;
Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Care / Business related field
LTC Marketing experience
VERY STRONG Customer service experience within health care
A background in long term care
Responsibilities include;
Marketing and community relations
Assist in planning, implementing, & maintaining facility's programs & operations
Assist in developing facility policies and procedures
Assist department directors in the performance evaluations
Assist in the recruitment & retention of qualified staff
