ST. AGNES HOSPITAL

Performs the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, diagnosing, planning! , implementing and evaluating the care of all assigned patients in the department during scheduled shift. Is responsible to meet and support established standards of nursing practice. Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of WI as an RN. CPR certified or within 90 days of employment. ACLS certification within 6 months or as required by specific department
