T he Gundersen Health System is looking for a BC/BE General Surgeon. You would be joining a multi-disciplinary Patient Centered Medical Home model that integ! rates family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics. The medical staff includes a full-time family physician, a full time general internist, a full time pediatrician and a part-time pediatrician/neurologist , a certified nurse midwife, two physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner In addition, the Tomah Clinic also provides outreach clinics in cardiology, dermatology, gynecology, nephrology, podiatry and urology. The Gundersen Tomah Clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with its digital radiology, telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic.)

We serve as the Western Academic Campus for the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health for both traditional track and Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine (WARM) third and fourth year students. The Gundersen Tomah Clinic participates in active teaching of medical students and residents in this rural setting.
