PDQ Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a talented and energetic individual to work in our Technical Services group, as a Field Service Trainer. This person will be responsible for establishing and creating our car wash equipment training strategies and delivering these training programs to our customers and distributors. This position is located in Green Bay, WI.

Success requires an Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent plus previous experience in a technical support role for a capital equipment manufacturer. Demonstrated customer service experience plus mechanical and electrical skills are a must. Ability to navigate software systems used to administer the training program, plus strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
