Description: Responsible for all facets of the daily operation of assigned group home(s) including providing a safe, orderly and supportive environment ! which enables and encourages the people who live in the home, to develop independent living skills. Lead may have other duties as assigned.
Skills
and Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess either a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a Personal Care Worker Certification (PCW) when appropriate. Requires a minimum of five years experience as a residential aide. Must attend all initial CBRF training or provide proof of completion of approved CBRF training. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to effectively supervise and mentor staff. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Has excellent interpersonal and written skills, is very organized and detail orientated.
