Join our team and be part of the talent that makes UWMF/UW Health the best work and academic environments. The Health Services Manager is r! esponsible for overseeing health management programs, wellness and quality improvement activities. This includes supervision of the Health Services staff. Communicate with Unity staff about quality improvement initiatives and health management programs, including behavioral health and preventive health. Ensure that activities and programs are designed to meet the NCQA standards. Serve as a liaison between the Health Services Department and other Departments within University of Wisconsin Health and Unity to develop and implement clinical and preventive initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health education, nursing or related health field required; master's degree preferred.
Current Wisconsin RN license, if a registered nurse.
5 years experience in a managed care setting. Including knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
3 years experience with quality improvement or research processes.
Minimum 3 years of management experience. Includes budget ex! perience.
Experience managing projects from start to finis! h. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of quality improvement principles preferred.
A self-starter with excellent problem solving, decision making and follow through skills.
A team player with strong communication, leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
Competency with personal computer software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Internet knowledge, with the ability to complete literature searches, preferred.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and present information in a positive and motivating manner internally and externally at all levels.
Project management skills preferred
Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well with both internal and external customers at various levels of many organizations.
Valid State of Wisconsin driver's license required. Must be willing to travel for meetings. Schedule
This is a full time salaried position. Hours are generally Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
