Heartland Country Village , a long-term care facility in the Black Earth, Wisconsin is searching for an experienced Director ! of Nursing Services to assume full time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility.

Requirements:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience as Director of Nursing Services with history of excellent facility surveys.
• Outstanding clinical, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Management experience with ability to form and lead a cohesive team.
• Strong commitment to manage facility employees in the provision of care and services according to professional standards of nursing practice, consistent with facility philosophy of care and state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policy and procedures consistent with current law.
