We are seeking a Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner for our Primary Care Clinics.

Must have a current licensure as a Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of Wisconsin. Will! consider Licensed NEW GRADUATES.

Provide primary hea! ltcare services to the employees and family members on site clinics in south-central Wisconsin. .Monday Thru Fridays Days. Must be able to drive to clinic locations

Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills, including speaking and writing skills. Ability to function independently and possess the ability to identify and manage patient care issues. Ability to manage own time and schedule tasks. Must have initiative to manage patient care issues.
