Location: Sussex Wisconsin

Description: ProHealth Care is currently seeking to employ Medical Assistant/Clinic LPN (Sussex Clinic) right now, this career will be placed in Wisconsin. The Medical Assistant / Clinic LPN provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practit! ioner, Physician Assistant or Physician (Provider) within PHCMA. Provide care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Some of the job resposibilites include: preparing exam room; ensure sufficient stock of supplies, materials, and instruments; room patients and obtain vital signs; request and record health history; and ensure accurate and timely documentation into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or other patient records.

QUALIFICATIONS:
CPR certification required.

Current state license required for those who completed the LPN education program.
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification preferred but not required for those who completed the Medical Assistant education program.

Successful completion of a 1-year accredited Medical Assistant program qualified by the AAMA or documented completion of the! United States Military Medical Corpsman program or completion! of an accredited LPN education program.

At least 1 year prior experience in a Medical Assistant or physician office based LPN role preferred.

Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, vaccinations and EKG's is preferred.

LOCATION: ProHealth Care Medical Associates Sussex Clinic.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Tuesday 8:00am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 8:00am to 5:30pm
