Assists the Registered Nurse with the delivery of quality care to patients of all ages in their homes as outlined on the individual patient’s plan of care. Knowledge of patient care sta! ndards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. High school diploma and continued education beneficial. Federal and State Nurse Aide Certification and CPR certification required. Previous work experience in an acute care setting or nursing home beneficial. Ability to travel to patient/client homes to provide patient/client care, valid Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
