As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care and support to patients and their families allowing them to experience their remaining time as fully as possible. As a hospice registered nurse you will be surrounded by a supportive network of qualified professionals working toward a common goal, the patient.

24 hours per week, plus call. Call is approximatley one night per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend. Also work every 3rd to 4th weekend Saturday and Sunday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

BSN preferred

Current Wisconsin RN license or eligible to obtain

Two years recent RN clinical experience

with preferred

Experience in the care of terminally ill patients and their families.

Current Driver's license, proof of auto insurance and vehicle availability
