Description: Ministry Health Care is presently looking of Certified Nursing Assistant/Skilled Nursing Facility/Night's .5 FTE right now, this job will be placed in Wisconsin. Ministry Door County Medical Center, a critical access facility in northeast Wisconsin, has served the health care needs of the Sturgeon Bay/Door County area since 1943. The hospital offers a full range of acute care services and specialties, as well as a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and rehabilitation services. Three-fourths of the organization's business is comprised of clinical and outpatient services and reaches out! to locations throughout Door County and northern Kewaunee Cou! nty. Some key services include cardiac rehabilitation, a cancer/radiation oncology treatment center, comprehensive diagnostics, physical, occupational and speech therapy centers, respiratory care/rehab/sleep disorders center, a new outpatient surgical center, emergency/urgent care services and new units for medical/surgical care, ICU and the birthing center.

Duties: Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring a positive Hospital/Skilled Nursing Facility experience for patient/residents, their family members and visitors of the hospital, including the service functions of food services, and housekeeping. The Nursing Assistant performs specific, supportive nursing services, patient care, and assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Must be self-efficient in dealing with decision making. Must be able to manage time, pressure and deadlines in a positive fashion, and be able to respond appropriately to negative feedba! ck

Qualifications

Education:
Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry. CPR certification required.
