The Registered Nurse, Nurse Line is responsible for triaging incoming calls for patients, assessing needs, giving appropriate clinical options and facilitating requests to primary ! care providers, specialists, health care facilities, and community resources. Job Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred. (

Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic.)

License/Certification: The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position, which must be maintained in good standing:

Current Wisconsin RN licensure

Experience:
Three years recent clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care. Experience with patient interaction on the telephone required. Involvement with unit-based quality management preferred. Experience with micro! computers desirable and ability to type a minimum of 30 words ! per minute on a timed typing test preferred.
