Staff Nurse

Come join our team of dedicated staff! Eagle Crest South in La Crosse has a casual call LPN/RN position available. This position will work at least three supervisor requested shifts per month, which may include weekends, holiday and on-call rotation as applicable. This Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered nurse will be responsible for supervision of Resident Care Assistants regarding distribution and documentation of medications, treatments and side effects of medications, physical assessments and behavioral assessments of residents, creation and maintenance of Individual Service Plans utilizing staff input, maintaining compliance with HFS 83 & HFS 89, Eagle Crest South Program Statements, and Bethany Lutheran Homes policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Valid driverÂ's license and responsible driving record is required. Must have a demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing. Experience working in assisted living and/or memory care is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
Compensation:
Starting wage for a Licensed Practical N urse is between $21.23 and $24.52 per hour, based on experience. We would consider a Registered Nurse and the wage for an RN position would be based on experience. We'll review your wage at 6 months - we pay more for high performance!
