Main responsibilities: The Surgical Services Coordinator supervises the staff (Registered Nurses, OR Technicians, Central Supply Technicians, etc) in the surgery areas; including Same Day Surgery, GI Lab, PACU, CS and OR. Coordinates the activities of the nursing staff regarding quality of care, staffing, medical staff relations, policies and procedures, human resources, and process improvements.
Qualifications include: Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Wisconsin, BLS/CPR, ACLS certifications required. At least 3 years of hospital nursing experience as a Surgica! l Services RN and Nursing Management experience required. Basi! c computer skills required. Bachelors in Nursing preferred.
