Tier 2 Phone Cell - Outbound Calls, resource nurse support, paper in-basket, electronic in-basket support, E-Fax; Tier 1 phone cell support, MyThedaCare scheduling, recall/wait list, Phytel, appointment rescheduling.

Fast paced Family Practice clinic with 22 Providers, 3 PODS and phone cell.

Shifts include a combination of 8a-5p, 9a-6p and 10a-7p.

Job Qualifications:
Good customer service and computer skills needed. 1-2 years of prior medical office experience as Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistan! t, or LPN required. Must be a Certified Medical Assist or have! a current LPN license.
