• 1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
• Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*

This is for an OR RN. Previous OR circulating experience required .

Responsibilities:
Provides direct and indirect nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, determining the objectives of nursing care within the framework of the physician’s plan of medical care, the patient’s needs, standards of nursing practice, legal regulations and ambulatory surgery center policies and procedures. He/she will perform other related duties as needed to maintain department cost containment, efficiency, as well as quality of performance. Other duties as assigned.

Summary:
A minimum of one to two years in Med/Surg, ambulatory surgery, PACU, or OR nursing is preferred.

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Holds a current nursing license in the state of Wisconsin, free of sanctions and disciplinary actions. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required upon hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within 1 year of hire.
