Position Requirements
- Start Date: ASAP
- Permanent Placement
- Must have IL license or at least a WI license and willing to obtain IL License
- Day shift; Monday - Friday; 7a - 6p with varied start
- Will work both inpatient and outpatient therapy, home health, schools, and supervise COTAs
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- BLS and CPR required certifications
