Qualifications:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
Associate's degree in Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provid! ers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May o! btain within 6 months based on department discretion.
Requires 3 years of experience in clinical nursing .
Must successfully complete on-the-job orientation prescribed for the area assigned.
Must meet the 'Performance Standards for Patient Care and Professional Accountability' as defined by the "Annual Performance Review Tool for Professional Nurses."
