Luther Manor is currently interviewing for a Client Relations Coordinator ! (Admissions). The Client Relations Coordinator is the primary liaison for evaluating incoming referrals, offering tours, and completing the admission process into our skilled nursing facility. Coordinator ensures excellence in the admission process through triage and Are you looking for a position with growth potential? Enjoy working with seniors? assessment of clinical, social, and financial needs of prospective clients and residents. Emphasis in maintaining budgeted occupancy levels. This position works closely with the Client Relations team and Administration, and is responsible for ensuring that all the information is obtained, documented and communicated to the appropriate personnel, while maintaining a customer service approach. Coordinator must maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction while carrying out the Luther Manor mission to share God’s love by enriching the lives of older adults through excellent housing, care, and services.
