Pewaukee, WI To oversee and provide for the smooth daily operation of the program, to plan for the development of the program to meet changing patient populations, and to participate with the facility?s Management team in planning the facility?s response to changes in the health care market.?This position is a full-time position and will function in conjunction with other delegated clinical/administrative staff. Participates in facility-wide planning, program development, and problem solving through the Senior Management Team.

Serves as a liaison between program and those groups. ? ? Qualifications ?

? ? ? 1.?Skill, Knowledge and Abilities: : Knowledge of Long-Term Acute Care Rehabilitation,?and/or neurobehavioral adult services.?Strong verbal and written skills, strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to speak confidently in public, ability to maintain professional records and patient confidentiality and ability to maintain professional relationships with staff and patients.?Demonstrates good problem solving, decision making, and judgment skills in high stress situations.?Understanding of management, budgeting, and marketing principles.?Emotional stability necessary to perform essential functions.

2.?Education: ?Bachelors degree in Nursing,?prefer Master's degree in nursing or related field. Licensure: ?Current Wisconsin State Registered Nurse License. ? 4.?Experience: ?Minimum of two years in management-related activities, and clinical experience with Long-Term Acute Care Rehabilitation and/or neurobehavioral adults.?Demonstrated leadership abilities.
