Maintaining patient safety by assisting with activities appropriate to their status and needs as well as physicians orders. Communicating with other team members on patients status and changes that occur as well as documenting cares accurately and concisely. Providing patient with education on how to work bed, call light and other equipment as well as information regarding their personal belongings.
